Summary: QuikTech developer tools are provided free, as-is, with no warranty. All computations execute locally in your browser. You remain responsible for validating tool output before deploying to critical production systems.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuikTech Developer Tools at quiktech.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

QuikTech provides client-side developer utilities designed for formatting, inspecting, validating, generating, and converting technical data formats. The Service executes directly in your browser using standard ECMAScript APIs and bundled client-side libraries.

3. Technical Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

JWT Decoder: The JWT Decoder is an inspection tool that decodes unencrypted base64url payload and header claims. It does not cryptographically verify signatures or establish identity trust.
Cron Expressions: Schedulers vary across operating systems, cloud providers (AWS, GCP), and languages (Quartz, Unix, crontab). Always verify your expression against your target scheduler engine.
Cryptographic Hashes: Hash digests are generated via the browser Web Cryptography API. While mathematically sound, do not use raw hashes as passwords without salted slow-key derivation (e.g., Argon2, bcrypt).
Regex Tester: Regular expressions are evaluated using your browser's native JavaScript ECMAScript RegExp engine. Dialects such as PCRE, Python re, or Go regexp may exhibit syntax and execution differences.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL QUIKTECH, ITS OPERATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

5. Intellectual Property

The QuikTech platform architecture, design system, and test vectors are licensed under the MIT License. Underlying open-source vendor libraries remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
